    - *NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES*.

    - Buyer is solely responsible for the use of the Scripts.
    - Buyer agrees to comply with the terms of service and end-user license agreements of the Games.
    - Coco is not liable for any consequences resulting from the misuse of the Scripts, including but not limited to account bans or suspensions.

    - Coco retains all intellectual property rights to the Scripts.
    - Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Scripts for personal use only.

7. *Liability*:
    - Coco shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of the Scripts.
    - Buyer acknowledges that the Scripts are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

8. *Termination*:
    - Coco reserves the right to terminate access to the Scripts at any time without prior notice.
    - Upon termination, Buyer’s license to use the Scripts will immediately cease.
    - FREE SCRIPT or SCRIPTS LEAKING discords will get you banned with no exceptions
   -Sending someone,leaking,or asking for scripts when you  or the associate have not payed for them will get you and the associate banned with no exceptions!

9. *Changes to Terms*: Coco may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Buyer agrees to review the Terms regularly.
